• Rural is $12.00 please ensure to select this option at checkout if you're rural
• $150.00 and over is free!
• Local Waimate delivery is FREE and will automatically be applied at checkout

• Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $30.00
• Shipping to the rest of the world is a flat rate of $50.00 (not all countries are included)
• Only select items can be sent due to customs and border control. 
• Shipping will be sent via NZ Post and you will receive tracking
• No responsibility will be taken or refund for lost, damaged or broken goods. Everything will be packed extremely well and marked fragile for it's journey to try to prevent any mishaps in the postage system.

All products are checked before they leave us and are in perfect condition. Everything is packed very well to ensure they withstand their journey. We take no responsibility for damages caused by courier companies and do not offer a refund/replacement on any product. Please however, do contact us and we can contact the courier companies. We also take no responsibility for any delays in delivery. You can contact the company with your tracking number on hand to follow up where it is and it is up to you, the purchaser, to lodge an enquiry if the parcel has not been delivered.
